Refund policy

Swimwear cannot be returned.

Under Israeli consumer protection regulations, underwear, including swimwear, cannot be returned or exchanged. At Playa we still allow exchanges for another size or another style of the same order value, as long as the items are in perfect condition, unused and with their tags on, and no later than 24 hours after you receive the product.

Exchanges by delivery – shipping costs are paid by the customer. You are also welcome to come to the studio to make the exchange. Swimwear is not refundable.

The company is not responsible for damage caused by improper care of the product, such as stains and color changes from dirty water or chlorine, tanning products, or machine washing.
