Anyone who places an order or makes a purchase through the site declares that she has read these terms and agrees to all of their provisions and conditions, and that neither she nor anyone on her behalf will have any claim, suit or demand against the site, the company or its managers regarding the provisions and conditions of these terms.
We do our best to show the swimwear on the site as close as possible to how it looks in reality.

Shipping and delivery
Your order will ship within 2 business days of placing it.
If a swimsuit is not in stock, its estimated preparation time is up to 5 business days, after which it will be shipped to you.
Registered mail by Israel Post: 7-10 business days, excluding Fridays, Saturdays and holidays, for an additional ₪15.
Express home delivery: 3-5 business days for an additional ₪35.
Self pickup from the studio at HaTsadaf 5, Herzliya.

If you chose self pickup, you will get a text message letting you know when to collect your order.
Please note that during holiday periods shipping companies have slight delays: registered mail may take up to 20 business days and home delivery 7-15 business days, excluding Saturdays and holidays.
We will of course do our best, but this is not in our hands.
Once the product has been handed to the shipping company, the company is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company that are beyond its control.
Cancellations and exchanges
Swimwear cannot be returned.
Exchanges – under Israeli consumer protection regulations, underwear, including swimwear, cannot be returned or exchanged. At Playa we still make it easy to exchange for another size or another style of the same order value, so that you are completely happy with us. This applies as long as the items are in perfect condition, unused, undamaged and with their tags on as received, and no later than 24 hours after you receive the product. Items returned in any other way will not be exchanged.
If the exchange is made by delivery, the shipping costs are paid by the customer.
You are also welcome to come to the studio to make the exchange.
Swimwear is not refundable.
The company is not responsible for damage caused by improper care of the product, such as:
Stains and color changes from dirty water or chlorinated pools.
Stains and dirt caused by tanning products.
Washing the product in a washing machine.
Cancellation and refunds
There are no refunds. Under Israeli consumer protection regulations, underwear, including swimwear, cannot be returned. You can exchange the product for another style or size, as long as it has not been used, the tags are still on it, and the exchange is made within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our warranty
Playa del Carmel is responsible for the quality of the products it sells. If a product arrives with a manufacturing or sewing defect, or you received a different product from the one you ordered, contact us within 14 days of receiving it with a photo of the defect. We will replace or repair the product at no cost, including shipping.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by use or care that does not follow the care instructions, as described under "Swimsuit care tips".
Swimsuit care tips
Hi lovelies,
It all starts with the quality of the fabric and the sewing, but it also matters that you know how to protect your swimsuit from the pool, the sun and the sea! Here are a few tips that will help:
After the sea or the pool, rinse your swimsuit in lukewarm or cold water so no chlorine or salt is left in it.
Avoid contact between your swimsuit and cosmetics such as sunscreen or tanning oil, and avoid contact with jewelry.
We recommend sitting on a towel.
How to wash your swimsuit
Never wash your swimsuit in a washing machine! The spinning, the heat and bleach can ruin the swimsuit and fade its colors. Do not tumble dry – the spinning and high heat can damage the fabric's elasticity and stretch the swimsuit.
Don't leave your swimsuit wet inside a bag.
Wash your swimsuit in cold or lukewarm water with a little soap, rub gently, rinse out the soap and squeeze gently.
Lay your swimsuit to dry on a towel, inside out and fully spread so it doesn't dry creased, in a shaded and airy place.
This way you'll enjoy your swimsuit for a long time.
